Would you like to be part of an organized voice advocating for bicycling interests in Central Arkansas?

Are you interested in:
  • Completion of planned bicycle projects like the Little Rock side of the River Trail, the bridge over Murray Lock & Dam, extension of the River Trail to Two Rivers Park & beyond?
  • Bike routes on city streets with designated marked and signed bike lanes?
  • Bike awareness in city development and expansion?
  • Protection and expansion of mountain biking opportunities in city parks?
  • Public education programs to promote cycling for recreation & transportation, including commuting?
  • Development of bicycling related facilities - examples: strategically placed bike racks, bike storage containers, shower and changing areas, bicycle activated stop lights?
  • Promotion of bicycling awareness and traffic safety?

We invite you to join Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas (BACA), an advocacy group working to increase public awareness of the rights of bicyclists and bicycle safety on our roads and trails.

BACA's goals include developing trails for bicycling and encouraging the use of bicycles for recreation and transportation and completion of the Arkansas River Trail.
